The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 05.09.2015, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:-
“The above case was filed by the Petitioners therein before this Hon'ble Court for issuing a writ in the nature of Certiorari to call for the impugned order, dated 22.01.2014 and quash the same as illegal on 03.02.2014. Subsequently, the sane was admitted and interim order was granted for a limited period on 07.02.2014 vide M.P.(MD)No.3 of 2014 in W.P.(MD)No.2085 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2014.

Now the matter is settled and the above writ petition may be listed for withdrawal before the Hon'ble Court under the caption for withdrawal.”
2.In view of the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
