The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 05.09.2015, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:-
“The above said writ petition was filed by one Subbiah, S/o.Karuppan to get his retirement benefits. During the pendency of the above said writ petition, the entire retirement benefits were given to the petitioner. Hence, he has given letter to withdraw the said writ proceedings.
