The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that a Government Order has been issued by the State Government, in terms whereof agricultural lands cannot be converted into housing plots without the permission of the High Level Committee consisting of the Joint Director of Agriculture and the District Collectors concerned. It is his case that there has been no violation of this principle.
