Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings in Me.Ku.Na.Ka.No.2007/2014/ Ne.Ou.2 dated 21.02.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, as per the G.O.(Ms).No.24 dated 21.02.2014.
