PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of
mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the
appeal preferred by the petitioner dt 23.9.2015 against the
orders passed by the Sub Collector Cheyyar in his Na. Ka.
No.A2/ 4719/15 dt 3.9.2015 within a stipulated time.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3 In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner,this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4 The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
