and 19.07.2011, passed by the first respondent and Order No.F.Admin.III/P2/2011, dated 21.10.2011, passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the pension of the members of the petitioners Association by taking into account the minimum pay of Rs.48,000/- in the case of Professors and Rs.42,800/- in the case of Associate Professors with all consequential benefits, including payment of arrears flowing therefrom.
