Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to cancel
the salary attachment pro order dated 25.03.2013 in EP.No.26
of 2011 in HMOP.No.34 of 1999 on the file of Sub Court,
Panruti by the 2nd Respondent as infructuous.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up today for dismissal, the Petitioner/Party in person (Mobile No.9380590493) has appeared before this court and by producing Aadhaar No.8053 1139 0538 and Visitor Pass dated 26.07.2016 (10.04.28 a.m), citing the case no. as WP.No.21164/2016, he has submitted that this Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, recording the endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs.
