Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings Roc.No.27472/2012/F1 dated 28.07.2015 wherein the compensation in respect of the land acquired from the 4th , 5th and 6th respondents has been fixed at Rs.750/- per sq.ft and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent for the compensation to be fixed on the basis of fresh determination or private negotiation as per law.

ORDER
This Court heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner at length and after this Court expressed its prima facie opinion about the merits of the matter, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
