In all these writ petitions, the petitioners have purchased individual plots from “Madurai Manager Mani Nagaram Senai Thalaivar Uravinmurai Sangam” and when they applied for electricity service connection, they were denied service connection on the ground that the land was earlier leased to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the person who had failed to pay the electricity charges to
the Board.
