The learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter to the registry dated 13.06.2016 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Since it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner seeks only for an order restraining the respondents from putting up towers, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the very scheme under which the towers are being erected.
