Prayer:- This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings C.No.02/SDO-Pollachi/16, dated 14.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to conduct proper enquiry and take necessary action against the 3rd and 4th respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
