Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in connection with the impugned order dated 10.03.2014 in R.O.C.No.880 of 2014 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to enrol the petitioner as an advocate.
