Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the prohibitory order vide in R.O.C.No.3531 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015 issued by the third respondent against the petitioner, quash the same and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate legal action against the third respondent for his abuse and misuse of power and non application of mind.
