The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to approve his name as the beneficiary under the Green House Scheme of Nangavalli Town Panchayat, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, in pursuance of the resolution dated 30.11.2015 in resolution No.65(7) of the fourth respondent.

2.When the matter came up for admission on 21.03.2016, Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 3 and 4 accepted notice and sought for a day's adjournment to get instructions. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today.

3.Today, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 3 and 4 has produced the written instructions given to him by the third respondent, which reads as follows:

4.From the above communication, it is seen that the petitioner's name finds place in the list of beneficiaries at Sl.No.5.

5.In the light of the above, the respondents shall take appropriate action for allotment of the Green House to the petitioner as and when it is done for the other 26 persons.

6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
