On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that vide order in Na.Ka.No.97577/rp3/,1/2013, dated 12.11.2013, the respondent has been appointed as Post Graduate Assistant. Added further, he submitted that in other identical matters, orders of appointment has been issued to the eligible candidates.
