Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree of the Additional District Judge – cum – Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudikkottai dated 20.11.2000 made in A.S.No.54 of 2000 preferred against the judgment and decree of the Court of the District Munsif, Aranthangi made in O.S.No.83 of 1998 dated 24.09.1999.
DECREE : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decree of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.K.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the Appellants and the respondents having appeared neither in person nor through an Advocate, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
i) that the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2000 made in A.S.No.54 of 2000 on the file of the Additional District Judge – cum – Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudikkottai confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.09.1999 made in O.S.No.83 of 1998 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the file of the District Munsif, Aranthangi be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and

(ii) that there be no order as to costs in this Second Appeal.
