Prayer:- This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree dated 29.08.1991 made in A.S.No.6 of 1990 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tindivanam and the judgment and decree dated 30.12.1987 made in O.S.No.1554 of 1981 on the file of the District Munsif, Tindivanam.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite a letter dated 11.11.2016, written by him to the appellant informing that the matter will be taken on file by this Court on 25.11.2016 and if there is no response from the appellant, he report "no instruction" before this Court, there is no instruction from the appellant. The same is recorded.
