The Official Assignee has filed a report dated 16.10.2023 and has prayed for annulment of the Order of Adjudication dated 24.03.2016 as neither the petitioner/insolvent is traceable nor any Claim Statements have been received so far.
- It is also recorded in the report that the creditors meeting was held on 23.08.2016 at 11.30 a.m. and notices were sent to 19 unsecured creditors and that only 4 creditors were present. However, none of the creditors disclosed any property owned by the petitioner/insolvent nor any alienation of property by the petitioner/insolvent within 2 years from the date prior to the adjudication. The report further states that no claims have been received so far.
