The application is filed for an ad-interim injunction restraining the defendant from altering or demolishing or remodeling or putting up a new construction in the suit property pending disposal of the suit.
"Though the building is very old and damages, I have not proposed to demolish the structures available in the suit property since leave of competent authority is mandatory and required for it. I have not so far applied for permission to the authorities for demolition of the building. Even if I apply for permission, it will take over one year to pass order by the competent authority and hence, the apprehension expressed is unjustified."
