ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case registered in Cr.No.233 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent to any other police for investigation in accordance with law and may monitor the same.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instructions, would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.233 of 2016, charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.267 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Nagercoil.
