Order :This petition coming on for hearing upon persuing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dated 22.07.2016 made in Crl OP(MD).No. 12517/2016 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Gowrishankar, Advocate for the petitioner of Mr.A.P. Balasubramani Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents, the court made the following order:-
Ten days time is granted as a last chance to comply with the order dated 22.07.2016 passed in CRL.O.P.No.12517/2016.
