When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that several complaints are pouring in against the opposite party by various

victims, and therefore, the police are contemplating to register a regular case, based on the complaint given by the first person.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.
