4 This Court directs the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch and lodge a fresh complaint with the same contents as on 01.03.2016 and on such complaint being given, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ assign the complaint to a competent Officer for investigation,

as the complaint discloses serious offences, which require a thorough probe.

With the above direction, this petition is closed. Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the Deputy Commissioner, CCB, Chennai.
