The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the learned VII Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore to take cognizance on the petitioner's private complaint in C.M.P.No.589 of 2014 based on the report dated 27.07.2015 filed by the second respondent.
2.Today (22.02.2016), the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned VII Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore has taken cognizance on the petitioner's complaint for the offence under Section 420 IPC in C.C.No.36 of 2016. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made by him, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
