Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to CC.No.12926 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC), Saidapet, Chennai and to quash the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent seeks for early disposal of this case.

3.Hence, the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC), Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to dispose of CC.No.12926 of 2009, after giving a fair opportunity to the parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. mps
