The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 307 and altered to 294(b), 302 of I.P.C. in Crime No.193 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
- The case of the prosecution is that the deceased is the daughter-in-law of A1 and wife of the second accused. Due to property dispute on 22.03.2015, the second accused joining with the first accused pushed her down and thereafter, attacked her and A2 and A3 poured kerosene on her and set her ablaze.
- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case was registered based on a complaint given by the deceased herself, in which, there is no allegation against the petitioner. But subsequently, with a malafide intention the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has already completed the investigation and charge sheet was levied and the prime accused 1 and 2 were already arrested and released on bail.
