20 During oral arguments, each side reiterated the averments in their respective counter affidavits. The facts require no further elucidation. This means that Anand Kumar Jhawar cannot be evicted by an illegal process. In violation of this order of interim injunction, Anand Kumar Jhawar has been evicted by an illegal process, though it may seemingly be legal.
