Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.171 of 2016 and on a complaint given by one Suresh against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.No.371 of 2016 and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

Recording his submission, the respondent Police is
directed to enquire into both the complaints and register FIR or
close the cases in accordance with law. During the course of
enquiry, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the
respondent-police.
