Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C. No.69 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur for the trial of of Section 449, 394, r/w 397 and 302 of IPC the learned judge by his judgement dated 31.8.2015 and pending disposal of the Crl.A.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.KANAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent the court made the following order:-
The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he does not press this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
