Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.PANDI MAHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:-
The learned counsel for the petitioner argued the matter at
length. When it was expressed that it is not a fit case for granting suspension of sentence, the learned counsel offered to not press the petitioners. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made, these petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
Considering the request of the learned counsel, the Registry is directed to list the appeal itself for final hearing.
