Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4892 of 2016 dated 21.03.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.BABU JAGANATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Govt.Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has surrendered before the concerned Court on 22.03.2016 and come out on bail on the same day and he has complying with the condition from 23.03.2016.

Per contra, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) produced the copy of the signature note of the accused. On verification, it is seen that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 25.03.2016.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has not complying with the condition on 23.03.2016 and 24.03.2016, this petition is dismissed.
