Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:-
This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4431 of 2016, dated 14.03.2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that the petitioner execute the bond on 21.03.2016 and complying with the condition from 24.03.2016 and the petitioner has not complied with the condition on 22.03.2016 and 23.03.2016.
3.Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition on 22.03.2016 and 23.03.2016, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
