The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No.7896 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.573 of 2016 dated 27.7.2016.
- This Court, by an order dated 27.7.2016, in
Crl.M.P.No.7896 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.573 of 2016, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (Special Judge), Krishnagiri, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.
- Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration,
learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition without any default.
