The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No.1504 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.105 of 2016 dated 21.3.2016.

Additional Public Prosecutor, the said condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Ooty, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petition is ordered accordingly.
