This petition has been filed to direct publication of notice in any one of one issue of Malai Malar to effect Substituted Service.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and notice by Substituted Service is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service in Tamil Newspaper daily "Maalaimalar" Chennai Edition on or before 30.06.2016.
