3.Today (07.04.2016) when the matter was taken up

for hearing, the petitioner appearing in person, namely, Mr.M.A.Panchatcharam, has fairly conceded that he has not

sent contempt notice to the respondent. Hence, I am of the

view that it is a fit case for dismissing the contempt

¶31

petition. Accordingly the contempt petition is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to issue a notice to the

¶33

respondent and after receipt of the acknowledgment card/reply, the petitioner shall file a contempt petition if the respondent has not filed the charge sheet. No costs.
