To withdraw the pending HMOP.No.24/2016 from the file of Sub Court, Pattukkottai and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Madurai.

This petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 28.11.2016, failing which the petition stands automatically dismissed.
