The learned counsel appearing for the respondent in the Second Appeal/ petitioner in the Civil Revision Petition submitted that there is some urgency in the matter, therefore, the matter may be listed before some other Hon'ble Judge for the reason that I'll be sitting at Madurai Bench of Madras High Court for the next three months commencing from 05.12.2016.
2.In view of the representation made by the learned counsel, the Registry is directed to list the matter before some other Hon'ble Judge after getting appropriate orders from the Hon'ble The Chief Justice.
