It is needless to say that, it is for the respondents 1 to 3, more

particularly the third respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law.

any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014 and 20.01.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No Costs.
