The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in R.C.No.AD1/1478/2015 issued by the 1st respondent dated 16.06.2015 and quash the same.
3.At the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal preferred by the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer now sought , the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
