Prayer in both the petitions : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the Charge Memo issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.13174/Si.Ma/91, dated 10.05.1996.

The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him, pursuant to the charge memo dated 10.05.1996. This court, on 10.04.2015 passed the following order in this writ petition :

“According to the petitioner, though the charge memo was issued in the year 1996 and the enquiry was concluded on 27.10.2004, no final order was passed.

Hence, post for orders on 23.04.2015.”
