PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from the date of her appointment i.e., 29.02.1996 and not from the date of completion of the Child Phycology Training on 31.05.2003 for availing the Old Pension Scheme as per G.O.No.413, Finance (PGC) Department, dated 04.11.2010 by considering her representation dated 07.02.2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the said endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
