Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Mu.Mu.3482/2010/ Sa.Pa. dated 3.7.2014 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to disburse the substance allowance to the petitioner for the period under suspension from 13.12.2012 to till date together with arrears.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
