Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned order in Na. Ka.No.4313/ A/ 2012 dated 13.5.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to post the petitioner in the Government Post of Librarian Grade III at any other place.
