Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his communication dated 26.11.2014 in R.No. 71402/E4/ 2014/S3 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the compassionate grounds in any one of the suitable post.
