Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for records, relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.F1/Tha.Pa19/TPR/2013, dated 16.02.2013, and to quash the same as illegal.
The Writ Petition was listed today under the caption, "For Withdrawal", based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to the Registry on 16.04.2015.
