The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 09.09.2011 and grant patta for the land under his occupation in Survey No.91/4, Block No.7, Ward-B bearing Door No.36, Nethaji Nagar 7th Street, behind Karumari Amman Koil, Arakkonam 631 003, Vellore District.

When the writ petition was taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 09.09.2011, within a time frame.
