The writ petition is devoid of any material particulars and thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioner to obtain the ground reality prevalent, the deficiencies existing and the remedial measures, whereafter the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh petition after having approached the authorities for redressal by giving them a reasonable period of time to react.
