ORDER
The father of the petitioner worked as an Assistant in the Corporation of Chennai, Revenue Department. The third respondent is the mother of the petitioner. She has been living separately from
the petitioner's father for the past 15 years. Due to the dispute between the father and the mother, the petitioner and her sister are living with her father till his death on 16.09.2010.
