PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to approve the admission of the petitioners in Velumailu Siddha Medical College, Sriperumbudur during the academic year 20082009 for BSMS Course and approve the completion of the 4½ years course in BSMS by them in the said college in February 2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
